Who knew American Idol was so big?

Kris Allen underdog what's his name beat the judge favorite Adam Lambert what's his face blah blah. I never knew how popular this show was. I was watching the news yesterday and it was all up in the idol nonsense. One minute it's like ohh America's credit card owners who are paying their fees on time are still getting ripped off, and then it flips to who will win American Idol tomorrow?!?!?!? Is this show really that important? C'mon Now! AMERICAN IDOL?! Whatev dude, watch this short recap of the finale last night. I was very surprised at all the number of performers who appeared on the show.
